Our two most senior partners are Andrew Cameron and Maggie McDow.

Andrew has over 30 years experience as a healthcare professional, his career portfolio includes: Senior Management positions in three London teaching hospitals, overseas Management Consultancy, Executive Director of BMI's largest hospital for seven years and more recently Regional Director for BMI Healthcare where he directed their best practice initiative programmes. Andrew was a BMI Board member for over 12 years and in his last position as Regional Director was responsible for a £300million t/o with a profit margin of £40 million. To compliment his career Andrew has worked closely with The JCAHO in the Middle East, and in his role as Responsible Individual for 13 Private Hospitals has a wealth of knowledge relating to The Care Quality Commission Standards.

Maggie also brings over 30 years experience as a healthcare professional. Graduating as a State Registered Nurse and State Certified Midwife her clinical experience has been combined with senior management positions in the private sector in the UK, the USA and Middle East. As Group Risk Manager for the largest private healthcare organisation in the UK, Maggie has an extensive knowledge of the Private and Voluntary Healthcare Regulations. She has trained, developed and led a team of Risk Managers across the UK and at the same time developed and implemented a group-wide Risk Management Strategy that incorporated both corporate and clinical governance. For the past 15 years Maggie has undertaken Care Quality Service surveys and hospital registered provider visits. She has advised the BMI Healthcare Board on matters relating to Governance and chaired several board level committees. Maggie has a national role on the Independent Hospital Advisory Service Quality Steering Committee and has a sound working relationship with the Australian Council for Care Quality Standards.
